St George Spirits Opens up a tasting room to the public permanently.

Makers of Hangar One Raspberry Vodka (limited edition, not many bottles left in the Bay area) have opened a tasting room at their Hangar in Alameda.

I haven't been since the main opening, but I visited at a one-off opening they had just before Christmas.

It's great to pop over there and see the beautiful, shiny Distillery - it looks like a rgand musical instrument and there are great views back to SF too.

The adjacent store is one of the few places in town where they still have Raspberry Vodka availability. While stocks last. Unti they make the next batch in the Summer.

Bear in mind this local company has only 4 employees - and their output is amazing, and totally unique, vodka of unprecedented quality.Check it out if you haven't already.
