St. Anselm A First Time Report

Most important here is truly fine meet mains and grilled fish at what are by New York standards reasonable prices. Portion sizes of the mains are, for me, fine and the sides of spinach or potatoes are made to be shared. There is a surprising inconstancy, the lows seem a result of unnecessarily lazy thinking - an app of razor clams and one of mushrooms tasted of nothing but garlic butter and the chocolate pots for dessert shouldn't be served unless sweet courses are meant to be a penance for enjoying meat. Meats - steak great lamb chop great pork chop great. Sardines great
To be remembered is the no reservation policy. The resto is not too large and they can have two hour waits.
