Square Cut Ice Cream -- Is it srill around?

I like my ice cream to be frozen – not soft. For example, “Cold Stone” is just that-- “Cold” like a shake. It is not frozen. Disneyland sells some solid bars frozen on dry ice until you brake off a bite. Now that is, “ice cream.” I recall a top quality vanilla ice cream once sold in stores years ago in a long rectangular box that opened with a lid shaped like the one on a store bought dozen donut box . The ice cream was cut into squares with a white paper between each slice. The result was you could serve it frozen solid right out of the freezer without having to wait for the “ice” cream to thaw / melt so you could spoon it out of the carton. You could eat it with a fork. Does anyone know the name of the ice cream I remember or if something like it is available?
