I am in LOVE with the cold noodles at "Little Sichuan" in San Mateo, where my Grandmother lives. Is there any such thing in the LA area? The dish that I'm referring to consists of heavily-spiced thin noodles, served cold. I believe the dish is spiced with some sort of hot chile sauce, giving the noodles a reddish hue. The mound of cold deliciousness is then topped off with very finely ground pork. I need to find a local source! Can anyone help???
