"Spicetrekkers", finding chilhuacle and mulato chiles

I'm trying to find ingredients for the Oaxacan mole in one of Rick Bayless' books and am hitting a wall with the dried chiles, specifically mulato and chilhuacle. I tried a few Mexican groceries, Whole Foods, Central Market, etc. and found nothing (although having now read a bit about these chiles I'm less surprised about that).

I've found both available for sale at a site called spicetrekkers and am wondering if anyone can comment on how good that site is, or suggest an alternative since buying enough chiles for this recipe would cost maybe $30, which seems like a lot for dried chiles (although I understand why chilhuacles are so rare).
