Specific Chinatown Noodle Soups

I've been on a Chinatown kick lately (can't get through a single day without daydreaming about it at least a half dozen times per meal). More specifically, I've been craving bowls of noodles as the weather gets cooler. I looked back and although there are a few posts that mention some places to try noodle soups in general, I couldn't find any that mention specific dishes which is what I'm interested in since most places that offer noodle soups have multiple offerings.

Other than the pho at Pho Pasteur which I've had a zillion times, I've recently enjoyed the Noodle Soup w/Pork and Special Mustard Greens at Dumpling Cafe, as well as the Beef Stew Noodle Soup with Spinach at Gourmet Dumpling House.

What other specific noodle soups are your favorites in Chinatown so I can try them all? Also, has anyone had a version of a Taiwanese noodle soup that comes with either deep fried pork or chicken? I had something like this in a Taiwanese noodle joint back in MD where I grew up and this dish keeps showing up in my daydreams. Suggestions for noodle soups with roast duck and/or shrimp dumplings would also be appreciated.
