I finally had the Taiwan Cafe soup dumplings last week - yum - Chowhound rocks, as usual. Anyway, I'm trying to decide on a great restaurant to visit this weekend with partner and parents. Looking for walking distance from Central only, exciting fresh food, moderately expensive okay, not too loud or overly trendy. Either significant vegetarian options or good non-shellfish seafood are necessary.
We love Chez Henri, but need a change. I'm thinking maybe Craigie St, Upstairs on the Square, possibly East Coast Grill.
Should I consider Rialto or Casablanca or something like that? Not looking for heavily italian. Maybe Oleana, although I have heard mixed reviews. Any thoughts?
