I do the Kimchi Spam Musubi Croissant courtesy of Sharon Wang of Sugarbloom Bakery (at either Taza or Coffee Colab).

Roasted spam, pureed kimchi and encased in a perfectly flaky, light croissant. Win, win. And win!
