South China Garden's lobster dish is alctually lobster mixed with crab

Today, I initially wanted to go to newly-opened Japadog to try their 'kobe beef & caviar', but after I arrived at the restaurant I found that it was kobe beef and 'tobiko' roe, as opposed to sturgeon caviar.
So I changed my mind and went to South China Garden (粤江春) in China Town.

I have always liked South China Garden (粤江春) for its authentic Cantonese dishes such as black bean clams, lobster with ginger & scallion, Yangzhou chao fan, etc. I particularly like their lobster with ginger & scallion dish, which is stir fried two succulent lobsters for only $25. It tastes far better than that of nearby and more upscale Mandarin Garden.

So I ordered my favorite lobster with ginger & scallion again, only to find out that it was no longer 100% lobster. I found four pieces of crab mixed with lobster. Well, for $25 I can not complain too much and besides, I like crab too... But I think it is dishonest for them to sell a lobster & crab dish under the name of 'lobster'.

Anyway, it tasted so darn good nevertheless.
