South Beach/Miami--vegetarian recs?

Will be attending the Miami Boat Show and looking for some good vegetarian meals--I know most restaurants offer something, but that doesn't mean it's good. Don't care if it's fancy or a hole-in-the-wall, as long as it's good--don't want just a veggie burger or steamed veg plate. I get decent Indian/Thai/Chinese/Japanese already, but will consider if you recommend something particular.

Love good pasta, esp. gnocchi--who has the best? (Names I have are Rosinella, Locanda Sibilia,La Locanda, Duo, Hosteria Romana, La Loggia, La Gastronomia, Master's Pizza, Tiramesu)

Would love Columbian/Cuban option--do any good places not use lard in their beans?

A long list I'm working with--any you'd add or delete?:

Tap Tap
Berries
Siembra
Lime
Cine Cittá Caffé
Little Mushroom Bar
Jamaica International Cafe
Caribbean Delight
Irie Isle
Bella Cuba
Puerto Sagua
Sabores Chilenos
Versailles,
Front Porch Cafe
Pasha's
Honey Tree
Beehive
Guru Restaurant and Wine Bar
Mylos
Ouzo
Gourmet Carrot

The following fancier places have interesting options, but wonder if they're worth the $ if you don't eat fish/meat:

Talula
MARK’S SOUTH BEACH
Wish
Blue Door
Yuca
