At the California Avenue Farmers' Market in Palo Alto on Sundays, Spice Kit sets up a sous-vide egg stand in front of their storefront that runs from 10 AM to 1 PM. You get a 64 degree C sous-vide egg with daikon cake.
However, the egg is the star of the show. To maximally enjoy the sous-vide egg, I recommend bringing a shot glass; have them put the egg in the shot glass, rather than on top of the daikon. Then slurp the egg directly out of the shot glass; it's a custardy treat. The daikon is OK, not great.
