There were many posts inquiring about SKI when it was closed for "the summer," but none that I can recall since it has reopened.
I'm happy to report that the soup so far has been excellent in 2001. I have no idea why, but Al seems happier than he has in years, he has more help aboveground, and best of all, the consistency in execution is back where it was before all the Seinfeld hoopla.
The only negative is that, believe it or not, prices have risen again. It won't be long before SKI will have to drop prices to participate in Restaurant Week.
