What and where is your single favorite BBQ dish in SoCal? This would be the one BBQ dish that you would opt for if you had to forsake all others AND whose do you prefer most. Everything is fair game: ribs (which kind/cut?), brisket, tri-tip, sliced beef, pork shoulder, chicken, hot links, turkey necks, whatever. Only one favorite per post/poster please.
