Nothing, but nothing, beats a good bowl of Singapore curry chicken noodles - and Ah Heng at May Hua foodcourt, which I tried today, is certainly up there amongst the best on the island: a bowl of noodles in perfectly-spiced chicken curry, topped with firm, spongey tofu-puffs, generous cuts of poached chicken breast meat, quartered, boiled potatoes, and crunchy beansprouts. So good!
