Kegani with kani miso dipping sauce. Ridiculously good.
Matsutake soup and Matsutake rice. Absurdly delicious.
Also delicious that night was the kohada sushi (braided), o-toro sushi, and shira ebi. Tiny white shrimp. Sweet and takes about 20 or so to make 1 piece of nigiri.
