Shrimp w/ Scrambled Eggs @ Embassy Chinese Restaurant

For me there is no dish that is as simple and perfect as the ancient Chinese dish of undercooked scrambled eggs, scallions and tranlucent shrimp. For years I have carried, in my wallet, the four characters -- which I have been told translate to "soft egg prawn vital." The characters were written by a very helpful Ocean Star Major-domo on the back of his business card. Many is the time I have flashed the card to waiters with limited English and received the joyous bounty of Chickens-and-the-Sea!

Ocean Star has long been my mainstay for this dish, but recently I was tipped-off that the finest version of it can be found at Embassy Chinese Restaurant (218 S. San Gabriel Blvd). I was told that the shrimp there are bigger, fresher and the dish sits happily on the table of every family dining there.

Can anyone confirm or deny the tip?
