Shout out for Miriam Reichl's Corned Beef Ham

With St. Patty's coming up I thought I'd alert folks to this recipe, which I think is great if you are ambivalent about the usual boiled corned beef. Purists might not like the method and sweetness, but I've made it for several years and it's always a huge hit. Who knew canned spiced peaches would work so well?
