Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot

ok, where have I been? Went to Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot (in a strip mall at Diane and Clairemont Mesa Blvd) for the first time with some co-workers and had a great time. We ordered the two-bowl soup which was a split bowl - one side with a milky broth and the other side containing trillions of chile peppers. It is heated at your table and you throw in your items and cook them yourself.

I mainly ate from the spicy side and loved it. We had platters of meat, meat, and more meat, as well as a random sampling of veggies (cabbage, thai lettuce, spinach, etc), 3 kinds of tofu, even more meat, and even some yam noodles. It was expensive and we were over stuffed, but we ordered waaaay too many items.

Hits: The sponge tofu, shrimp balls (impressive size for a shrimp), sliced beef, sliced lamb, lotus slices

Misses: regular tofu, pork meatballs

veteran Chowhounders....what do I aim for next time I go to Little Sheep?
