I recently revisited this little gem after a few year respite. I was pleased to see that the quality of the food did not appear to have faltered, and it looks like the menu selections have expanded.
Several types of noodles are still made by hand in the open kitchen. Menu selection basically revolves around variations of similar ingredients with each type of noodle. IE one listing for "pushing noodles" one listing for "cutting noodles" one for "round noodles", etc.
I had a round noodle (HELIO?) dish with gingery saucy pork as well as finely diced cucumber. Delightful.
Another popular item is the deep-friend dumplings. I tried them topped with malt vinegar, as per the suggestion of my all-Asian table-mates.
It's located on Broadway, just west of the intersection at Cambie.
