I'll be driving through VT (HWY 89) on my way from Boston to Canada in September, with a lunch stop in Burlington.
Are there any particular seasonal foods that I should not miss? Any foodstuffs that I should buy and bring back?
I'm planning a stop at Magic Hat brewery to sample some of their latest concoctions and am trying to narrow the lunch options down (Smokejack's, Three tomatoes, Stone Soup, Leunig's, Red Onion) so any suggestions there would be helpful too.
Sorry if this is so broad, but I'm looking for Vermont's best!
