I am taking my mom and a few nice folk to a theatre matinee' and early dinner at Artisanal in two weeks.
I admit, the reason I am choosing this place is the raves I read on here about the french onion soup (my personal guilty pleasure). To get further acquainted with Artisnal, I read numerous CH threads. There are many negative comments about service.
Q1. Has anyone been there recently and if so how was the service?
Q2. To make sure we understand the cheeses do we ask for a special cheese steward?
