Seoul Dumpling

Intrigued by the metal street shack on Northern Boulvard and 150th Street in Flushing, I tried their steamed dumpling and pancake (half the menu).The pancake is filled with cinnamon and sugar, then folded over, rolled out and placed on the iron. Wonderful, a bit too sweet, but compensated for with luscious cinnamon. The dumpling was stellar: cellophane noodles, bits of ground meat, garlic,carrot, scallions, all finely chopped and steamed. Hoping you will all savor this masterpiece. The other dishes are "kerbing" and red bean dumpling.
