Seeking WNC-style BBQ in Asheville

Hi all,
I see there are a ton of BBQ-in-Asheville posts here, and I'm getting that Asheville is not a *great* BBQ town. What I'd like to know is whether there is a decent representation of western NC-style BBQ (chopped pork shoulder, tomato-based sauce, BBQ slaw) in the Asheville area. It looks like the ever-popular 12 Bones will not qualify for this, but Luella's might (its menu lists chopped pork BBQ, as well as a ketchup-based sauce). I'm also wondering about Little Pigs BBQ and Okie-Dokie's Smokehouse (in nearby Swannanoa).

I'm really looking for this particular regional representation within (or very near) this town, with the understanding that there will likely be "better" options an hour's drive or so away.

Anyone prefer one over another? Am I missing a better option?
