I'm in the final process of getting ingredients nailed down for my Christmas dinner. There are still two things I have not found.
First toulouse sausage. Is there a local source? I'm sure a good kielbasa would be ok, but I'd prefer the real deal or something similar.
Second Mache (Lamb's Lettuce). I can't recall if I've ever seen this locally. If no one knows where to get it, can you suggest a substitute?
