Hi Seattle chowhounds...

My second trip to Seattle. Staying downtown, close to Central Library. Hanging out with dear friend, newly re-located to Pt. Townsend, so only in Seattle for a two days then off to P.T.

Would love recommendations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have vehicle but prefer to stay within walking (or short cab ride) distance.

I like a bistro-style place with a good vibe and plenty of conviviality. Looking for great service and local ingredients. Pretty open as to cuisine but would prefer Northwest/Seafood for dinner.. Had good experience at Flying Fish when in Seattle about 5 years ago. Would like to keep dinner @ $100 for two. Am always game for small plates and/or sharing to shave the bill!

Any "musts" for Pt. Townsend?

Appreciate any and all suggestions.
