Looking for the best 'seared foie gras' dish to no availability

Folks,

I haven't had good 'seared foie gras' dish for a long time. I am looking to make an rsvp this weekend for it, but guess what ? None of the top French restaurants in the city is serving it anymore.

I tried calling Daniel, Chanterelle, Cafe Boulud, Fleur de Sel, Alain Ducasse, and none of these places are serving it.

Only Bouley is serving it for lunch this afternoon. Can we still get excellent 'seared foie gras' dish anymore in this town ?

Help... I really need my 'seared foie gras'
