This place has been open for maybe a month now. It's in Lenin Square, next to Taco del Mar, in a space that used to be occupied by a garden store.
The gelato is rather good and they do have some interesting flavors. You absolutely must try the Mojito gelato. The Rose & Champagne gelato was a bit heavy on the rose water - the tasting spoon was about as much as I'd want to consume. The Gianduia had a good balance between the hazelnuts and chocolate (with little chunks of nuts, yummm). Lots of other delicious flavors to choose from.
However, the gelato is not the only reason to stop by. They have grilled panini and toasted baguettes - I especially like the Pesto Turkey Panini. Finally, the name of the establishment comes from the fact that one of the owners, I believe it's Corky, loves to collect postcards. She has lots of very interesting postcards for sale. Definitely worth checking out.
