(SEA)Fu Man

I'm liking my Bitter Lake neighborhood more and more everyday. Last night was our third dining experience at Fu Man (on the east side of Greenwood Ave between 143rd and 144th) and it just keeps getting better.

Homemade pork and vegetable dumplings (our 2 year old loves these)with astonishingly garlicky garlic dipping sauce, beef sandwiches (seasoned brisket rolled in sort of a roti type pancake with cuke and cilantro), "hamburgers" (a patty fully enclosed in a thin wrapper - the beef one was amazing. It's a fairly small menu but everything we've tried has been at least very good, but mostly outstanding.

It's a tiny place, I think there are 8 tables. We actually had to wait a few minutes to be seated last night.

Get thee to Fu Man! But save us some room.
