[SEA] Aki Restaurant replaces Yoshinobo

Takohachi had a 20 minute wait at lunchtime, so my friend and I tried Aki Restaurant, which took over the Yoshinobo space in the International District. I wasn't impressed. I had a lunch combo with pork katsu and saba shioyaki. It comes with miso soup, rice, cabbage salad and potato salad. The soup needed more miso flavor, the pork was okay, the saba was not nearly salty enough and tough, and the potato salad oddly had pieces of apple in it. I'm sticking with Takohachi.
