I know a lot of people here are regulars at Ba Ren so I was hoping someone would know. I'm looking for the english translations (and possibly pinyin if you know) of the following cold dishes from Ba Ren:
- One dish is made with soybeans and some kind of chopped leafy vegetable (looks like Choy Sum maybe)
- The other dish is made just with beef and crushed peppers, almost looks like beef jerky. Not the husband and wife sliced lung (although that is probably my favorite dish there).
I was hoping to find some recipes for these dishes so if anyone has a good one or knows where I can find one that would be great as well. Thanks.
