I have a 5-1/2 qt round oven and noticed last week after roasting a chicken in it that there were weird marks in it kind of like scratches/cracks. I did not use any utensils to cause this. Then the other day I was making a sauce with a whisk and there were scratches all over the bottom. I have three other LC ovens that I have used and abused over the years and have used whisks before with no issue. I called Le Creuset and for help/advice and the woman was really rude and told me I shouldn't have done that and it is my fault for damage to the pot.
Has anyone else used whisks in their pots with any issues? Anyone have issues with Le Creuset customer service?
Any advice would be great!
