The South Carolina BBQ question piqued my curiosity.
I know everyone has stories about eating at the greasiest, run down, tacky bbq shacks but has anyone been to a fine dining pig pickin'?
My girlfriend had her formal rehearsal dinner at The Carriage House Club at Litchfield Plantation in Pawleys Island for 200 people and had a pig pickin' on white linens, fine china, silver place settings, and crysal stemware complete with wine service.
It was quite amazing under the live oaks overlooking the marsh.
