SAVOR TEN LEGENDARY FRANKS FROM OTHER BALLPARKS -- IN NY

The current exhibit at The American Museum of Natural History -- "Baseball as America", -- a traveling miniature version of Baseball's Hall of Fame at Cooperstown, NY, will feature 10 different and supposedly famous hot dogs from stadiums and cities throughout the U.S., including Los Angeles' Dodger Dog, Boston's Fenway Frank, Milwaukee's Brat Dog, and others. I hope to god that the Shea Stadium hot dog is NOT represented. Can a hot dog get any worse? Can stadium food get any worse? And what's Shea's excuse? Do you really need a new stadium to crank out edible hot dogs? Anyway, the link to the Hot Dog portion of the museum exhibit is provided below. The linked text indicates that on any given day (The show runs through August) the featured hot dogs will be rotated. I read this to mean that only some, and not all, of the 10 hot dogs will be served on any given day. If so, perhaps attending chowhounders might check in on this thread and post the dogs du jour. Or start a new thread for the dog(s) du jour -- Day Dogs of Summer.
