Best Sausages in Berkeley?

Hi -- I have been making the rounds both in supermarkets and butchers to find chicken or turkey sausages to cook at home and I'm striking out. I'm looking for something that is NOT spicy, is organic and has no dairy. So many seem to be incredibly salty (and I usually like salty things) or the casings are so tough that my 3 year old literally can't bite through them. Would prefer to buy them from one of my usual shops (Magnani, Monterey Market, Berkeley Natural or Trader Joe's), but will venture further afield if needed. Thanks! (I know this is a home cooking question, but it's specific to the SF Bay Area -- so I'm thinking this is the right place to post...)
