I came up on Marcel & Henri’s Rillette de canard (duck rillette) in San Francisco. Is there any good fresh (not canned) rillette (pork or duck) available in San Diego? What about a real good and garlicky garlic sausage (NOT the precooked kind)? I’ve also been looking for Thuringer sausage?
I miss the Cottage Cheese Dill bread from Tasajara. I called around, but no one knows of any. I can bake it, but too much work for bread. I long for a high in Omega3 salmon or mackerel patty on toasted dill bread sandwich. Anyone know of a good dill bread to be bought?
