San Biagio Pizza!

Do you ever find yourself making business decisions based purely on food? After a meeting in Pomona, I offered to drive my client to Ontario Airport just to give myself an excuse to swing by San Biagio.

This is a thin crust pizza with 2mm of crispy goodness on the bottom. Moist crispy like a fresh naan or scallion pancake, not dry crispy like a matzo. Above that, you have 1cm of pillowy dough, brushed with tomato sauce and sprinkled with mozzarella. Sigh.

The spumoni kicks ass too. Don't know whether to thank you or curse you, Chino Wayne.
