I don't know what was wrong with me when I bought these, but I bout roasted and salted pistachios. I also spent several hours in removing the flesh from the shells and even have sore fingers.
Here is my issue: they're salted and I want to make baklava. Should I wash these and then dry thoroughly before I grind them?
What should I do? Or should I just buy unsalted pistachios?
