There was another thread from 5 years ago so I decided I'd create a new one. I'm, as the title suggests, looking for salt pork. Not the cured belly kind but the pure white stuff known also as "White bacon" or "Fatback."
It's becoming much more difficult to find. Even my mom had to use the cured belly for cabbage rolls this Christmas and they never used to have any trouble finding it.
