I went to Little Saigon today at 201 Clinton (btwn Henry st and E. Broadway) and it was a great experience - as far as Bahn Mi goes.
They have a fairly large menu with traditional Bahn Mi as well as several vegetarian options. They have noodle bowls, appetizers and pho, but it is primarily a sandwich shop. It opened around 3 months ago.
We only had the sandwiches (this time) and they were very good. Better than Bahn Mi so 1 but not quite as good as Saigon Bakery on Mott. They had a excellent bread to inner filling ratio. But most importantly THEY HAVE SEATING!!!! Now I can enjoy my meal in peace.
The service is also very good.
For me, it ranks as the #1 Vietnamese Sandwich spot in Manhattan.
