Sacramento - Vietnamese Food

When I was up in Sacramento for the holidays, my family took me to one of their favorite restaurants. To my surprise, it was a Vietnamese restaurant. My family is very particular about their cuisine, and rarely venture out into cuisines of other cultures. But I, on the other hand, love cultural food, and over time, and with the assistance of Chowhound.com, I have grown to recognize what makes good, quality food from cultures not my own.
On the corner of Main Street and Madison Avenue in the cross section of the towns of Orangevale, Fair Oaks, and Folsom, there is a rather new Vietnamese restaurant called L'Orchid. The food is excellent, and the service is even better. Try the clay pot entrees. The building used to be a Burger King, but the owners put alot of money into it and made the atmosphere very comfortable and soothing. Believe it or not.
