I had a fairly nasty bicycle accident on Saturday, and when I got home from urgent care after having the splinters and gravel picked out of my wounds, I decided to make myself some tea. So, I put water in the tea kettle, and turned the stove on. Then I semi-passed out on the couch from the Vicodin. My husband came home 45 minutes later and asked what I was cooking. It turns out I had turned the wrong burner on (which was under an empty all clad multipot) and forgotten all about it. It has some blackening on the inside, but otherwise doesn't look terribly damaged. Is this just a cosmetic problem, or did I do any lasting damage?
