Sun Live section did a short blurb on this new restaurant in Columbia. Evidently the chef "He trained in Michelin star restaurants in Europe and has won several American awards for his skill in French classical cuisine." Also, he is apparently a member of "Chef's Collaborative, a Boston-based organization that promotes sustainable agriculture" so he uses only "organic, natural, additive-free ingredients."
An internet search yielded little on him except that he worked as a pastry chef at Provence in DC.
Anyone try this restaurant? It sounds interesting.
