Quick note: we ended up at Rich Table last night. The place was packed at 8:45, but we waited a bit and got a seat. Two memorable dishes: the sardine "chips" on the snack menu (pictured here): I expected tiny fish fried to crispness, instead they were house-made chips threaded with a sardine, served in a little pot with horseradish sauce at the bottom. Excellent.
Also very good: perfectly toothsome, eggy tajarin pasta with huitlacoche, house-made butter, chives. To die for texture.
