Has anyone else tried the two kinds of rice pudding at El Shater? The regular white colored rice pudding tends to be the normal middle eastern style creamy rice, but the addition of orange blossom water and crumbled pistachios give it another dimension that I didn't expect the first time I tried it. I've been hooked and get a container whenever I'm in the area. The dark brown cinnamon pudding was also recommended and I gave that try recently as well. If you love cinnamon, this might be for you. I don't love cinnamon, but still enjoyed it. I'm on the fence on some of the other food, as it's clearly better when the older guy makes it rather than the younger guy.
