Had never had the pleasure of dining at Adams' fine establishment before this Saturday night but understand now what all the raves are about.
Started with the bay scallops punctuated by bits of blood orange which popped in the mouth and segued to the Cacciucco--the most upscale fisherman's stew I have ever encountered. Each morsel of seafood was cooked to perfection including the teeny tiny baby octopus which was nestled underneath the garlic-heavy (but delicious!) crouton.
Ended with the chocolate crema and could not decide whether I loved the rich warmth of the cake or the bright sweetness of the accompanying coconut sorbet better.
DCs were similarly thrilled by the freshness of the greens in the hearty greens first and seafood in their mains.
Service was exquisite and perfectly timed. A giant thumbs up from this diner!
