I saw a recent episode of Iron Chef America with Chris Cosentino of Incanto and the secret ingredient was offal. Anyway, all of the food looked very good and am glad to see that they are offering it as a special menu for a month or so. It's a little pricey, but it all looked very good and it really seems to be quite a lot of food. Has anyone tried this yet and would like to speak up? Also wondering about the wine pairing. Thanks!
