This was one of the best restaurant experiences I have had in Montreal. The reataurant is somehow not crowded, despite a very reasonable prix-fixe only dinner menu. The food was phenomenal. We had some amazing dishes. An arepa corn showder which was comparable to any lobster bisque I have had. A delicate and delicious cooked forever style short rib with a beautiful truffle sauce. Several other dishes that were all fabulous. Great desert. We had a fabulous 2007 Terrunyo Carmenere which was quite unique and delicious production of this ancient French grape that was once used in Bordeaux wines and is now rarely seen in Europe. The prix-fixe was under $60, and it was absolutely delectable. The chef was gracious and friendly. ANd the bread was extraordianary.
