Help - restaurant needed to host quake/tsunami benefit

Can anyone recommend a large restaurant, preferably serving the cuisine of India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia or Thailand, for a benefit to help the victims of the quake/tsunami?

We don't know how many to expect but we are looking for a place that can handle up to 500 people over 4 or 5 hours. It probably won't be 500 people at one time, but coming and going throughout the event. We prefer something in Manhattan. Do you have a restaurant and would like to help us out?

The idea of the benefit is to have a bunch of henna aritsts there who will henna anyone who makes a donation to our charity (probably Doctors Without Borders); we will probably have a DJ and some bellydancers for entertainment. The restaurant can just donate the space, or also serve food to the people who attend, and they are welcome to donate a portion of their proceeds for the day to charity.

We plan to do a small media blitz (bigger if someone wants to volunteer their expertise in this area) and also send out to the mailing lists of the henna artists and dancers. We are also working on getting some other co-sponsorship. 100% of our proceeds are going to charity.

Any suggestions you have would be welcome, and if you would like to volunteer, please email me at the address above.
