Anyway, I am a student who wants to open my own fine dining restaurant business one day. In the mean time, I would like to subscribe to one or two good restaurant business magazines
Can anybody name a few really great restaurant business magazines? that's available in montreal - to be mailed to my home monthly?
Other restaurant/food related magazine recommendations are welcomed too.
