Tocqueville, dinner (1/29) not impressed. Cold service, stingy portions, no regular menu items on the rest week menu. bland "potato crust" on the fish. dessert was the best part (chocolate banana thing)
RM, dinner 1/30: more impressive. tuna appetizer was very tasty and ample. Artic char very good with red cabbage, but tiny!!! dessert - not so marvelous. Service was very attentive and friendly
Aureole: lunch 2/3. really good, better than the winter tasting menu, which my friends had. Delicious cod and risotto appetizer which I had w/out the bacon; very good mahi mahi, HUGE desserts that no one could finish. This place and L'impero were the best of the bunch.
Based on my experience, I'd say that rw dinners don't cut it, but lunches are worth it, but I don't know whether it was just the places I chose.
